    This is a poster from a Japanese commuter train that explains that it's dangerous/rude to bring your bike on the train. The trains in Japan have tons of these types of posters explaining proper and improper behaviour.

    In a nutshell the poster says you are not allowed to bring your bike on the train unless you have dismantled it and put it in a proper bike bag.

    The three frames at the bottom say:
    1. you can't bring your bike on the train as is.
    2. you can't bring you folding bike on the train even when it's folded (folding bikes are very popular in japan).
    3. you can't just stick your bike in a bag as is and bring it on the train.

    I may be missing a nuance somewhere.
