lose major L.A. thoroughfares to cars and open them to bicyclists on Sundays??

"Imagine Los Angeles without cars. A town where people ride their bikes and walk in the streets and the smells of tacos and veggie burgers drift through the air instead of exhaust."

I fully support this Idea.. If it does happen, TOLA will mos def toss a couple race on dem there closed streets!!!
