Outlier: Pivotal Bomber Jacket

Outlier drops a new fall jacket on us today. The Pivotal Bomber Jacket. One of these days, I'll be dipped in outlier gear. I think I'll have to move to really enjoy it.

Details from Outlier:
Sometimes something makes so much sense it falls together almost on it's own. We always knew that our 4season fabric we use in the OG Pants and Climbers would make for a great jacket material; combined with our patent pending Pivot Sleeve, you'd have a full freedom of movement. What we didn't know was that the result would make for the quintessential traveling jacket. Wrinkle resistant and self cleaning, this jacket looks good no matter where it goes. A versatile softshell ready to take the world over, the Outlier Pivotal Bomber carries you through both day and night. It's our go-to piece for the unpredictable fall weather.

The Swiss made Doubleweave Twill fabric is designed to maximize breathability while still maintaining water and wind resistance. Self-cleaning NanoSphere® technology ensures that light rain and snow will just roll right off, as will red wine, honey and a whole lot of grime. The soft inner face of the doublewoven fabric creates a three dimensional meshwork that minimizes skin contact. This means it stays comfortable even as you sweat, a jacket built for the widest range of action and temperatures. The Patent Pending Pivot Sleeve design and four way stretch allow for maximum freedom of movement. Tailored performance for any adventure.

Finished off with a Riri zipper, nylon cuffs and collar, an inside zip pocket, snap collar closure and a expanding cigarette arm pocket with self locking clasp to keep what you need in place. Beautifully sewn in the garment district in New York City.

MASHSF: New New and Re-ups

Mash just updated their site with some new goods. Socks, hats, bags and a new Jersey! The Califlanders Jersey is sick. Designed by Garret Chow, and worn by few. I hope to see one of these in the wild, soon. Great design.

Fall is upon us. I rode in knickers and a fannel this morning. I love it. While I do enjoy "Suns out, guns out", it feels great to start wearing sleeves again. All cozy and warm when you ride. Burro Bags has a great long sleeve out for these chilly days.

Details:
Burro teamed up with Jacksonville designer Chad Landenberger aka Eyes Wide Awake for this series of t-shirts. All three face cards and the Ace of Spades are represented in this series with a cycling twist added to the design.
