Cache and Eyer: Stand up
I rolled by the homies painting this on Saturday. Then this photo was posted by them today on FB and I had to share it. The best murals in LA come from these two and it's always a joy to see a new one in my neighborhood. Always with a message and this one is for what is happening right now in DTLA, NYC and across the country. Solid piece. Stand up.
Fyxation: 2012 Catalog
Fyxation sent their 2012 CataLog over to us, and you should go check out. It's pretty cool to see this company expand over the last few years. They used to only have tires! Now they have a slew of hard goods for your whips. Nice strong work.

ARTCRANK SF RETURNS BIGGER THAN EVER FOR A NIGHT OF ART, BIKES AND BEER
AT 111 MINNA GALLERY
Joining Forces With Chrome And Widmer Brothers Brewing, ARTCRANK San Francisco Returns In
Support Of The San Francisco Bike Coalition
San Francisco, Calif. (October 12, 2011) – Today, Chrome, the world’s leading manufacturer of
bike messenger bags, footwear and urban cycling apparel, is honored to announce the third annual
ARTCRANK SF. Together with joint sponsor, Widmer Brothers Brewing, the three entities have
teamed up to rep the goodness of art, bikes and beer, the crux of ARTCRANK.
ARTCRANK uses creativity to change how people look at and think about bicycles, and grow the
cycling community. Throughout eight bike-friendly cities and growing, they host pop-up art shows,
featuring bicycle-inspired poster artwork that introduces people to talented local artists, while bringing
together all facets of cycling culture in support of one beneficiary in each respective city.
"One of the big ideas behind ARTCRANK is that we want to make art as accessible to people as
bikes are," says ARTCRANK founder Charles Youel. "Part of that is price — it's pretty cool to be able
offer limited edition, handmade posters for less than 50 bucks. But it's also about introducing people
to the artists who live and work in their community. We've got more than 30 in our lineup this year,
and about two-thirds of them are first-time contributors to ARTCRANK. I can't wait to see what they
come up with."

New Sharrows in LA: S. Redondo Blvd
I have been meaning to stop a take this photo for about a week now. It's hard to stop when it's the morning and your coming in to work or a night when your leaving to get home, you just wanna get there. I was feeling it this morning, so I stopped to a take a snap. This is already a bike route street, but the city just added these new sharrows to help punctuate that fact. Redondo is a great connector from La Brea Ave up to Jefferson Blvd, and is a small part of my commute every day. I hope to see more of these pop on certain streets on my commute and it would be great to see actual bike lanes covering LA. We'll take what we can get for now, and not look a gift horse in the mouth. Baby steps!
DZR Shoes: Welcomes Jason Clary to the Team
Our Homeboy Jason Clary is getting snapped up by sponsors left and right. LDG got him on the their team last month and DZR Shoes just swooped him up. Congrats Jason! Super stoked for you! Keep it up, and keep racing. Now you gotta come down here and race in LA, we'll have some big races coming up for you next year. I love seeing that being a street racer can get you places, and sponsorships. Maybe I need to get back on my game...
