"This installation endeavors to fuse the aesthetic beauty of art and science in order to create a synthesis of mind, one which is as much rational as it is fantastic. Think of this undivided mind as a prototype of human possibility—an evolutionary signal of convergence, harmony, and accelerated progress. The rest is up to us."

DZR

The Homies from DZR were in LA, for a brief trip. While I didn't get to meet up with them, they left me a package at O20. The New shoes from DZR! Kind of a Slip on, kind of a loafer. First impressions, very stiff, and super comfy. Kyle asked me to ride with toe clips and straps, before switching them to clipless. I think that this is a great idea. Really see how the shoe works, from both angles. It'll be a bit before I give you the news on the shoes, so keep an eye out for that future post.

Thanks to Fabio and Shane, you guys rock.

SF: Juxtapoz Presents: Wrenched Party! Photos.

La Vuelta de Los Angeles: TRAILER

La Vuelta de Los Angeles TRAILER from AMBUSHE on Vimeo.

Great looking turnout! I'm really sad I missed this one, one of the better races in LA. Cranksgiving and the Lord of Griffith the being next ones. Haha. Seriously, DTLA always throws a great race. I'm happy to see the number of racers growing every race, makes me very excitied for Cranksgiving this weekend. I do need to say this, I made an early post this week, speaking out about the beef at this race. I wasn't here, and I spoke out of turn. I was heated, because folks that I respect and care about were involved on both sides. I should have just kept my opinion to myself, and let it go. After seeing and hearing what went down, I'm proud of LA, and honestly the drama makes it more exciting, and fuels the need to go faster and get that win.

DTLA's Finest for results, and all things Messenger in LA.

Mission Workshop

Another spot we visited was Mission Workshop. I was gonna do a whole shop check on them, when Joe reminded me he had already done one. The place is awesome, Rai is the shit, and the product good. They hosted the screening of Empire on Friday night, I ran into a bunch of homies, and made some new ones. We went back the next day, to take photos and I came away with a little something...

Hats!

I got four new hats in SF, so what.
